Hi, I’m Allie. I’m a culinary holistic nutritionist and I believe in the healing and restorative power of food. Good health begins with the right food and I want to give you the tools to make healthy meals and live your best and most abundant life.

I love to share my enthusiasm by showing clients how the right ingredients prepared in the best way can optimize their health and well-being.

I want to teach people how they can use food to improve their health with simple changes and without judgment.

Intake Session

60 minutes ~ $150

This is the best place to start. Let me get to know YOU. We will talk about your health goals, your history, review a detailed intake questionnaire and this will allow me to prepare a list of optimal foods and supplements. In this session we will jump start your health journey and get you started on your road to better health

Follow Up Sessions

Coaching ~ 30 minutes ~ $55

We discuss the changes from your intake plan and modify or add additional steps to help propel you forward. This is usually 1-2 weeks after our initial session.

General Follow Up ~ 45 minutes ~ $90

I’m here for you. We’ll discuss how you’re doing, your success and challenges + set some new goals!

Group Cooking Class

3 hours ~ $50/pp (min 6 guests)

What better way to enjoy preparing nutrient dense, delicious dishes than with friends or family? Learn how to make 3-4 delicious, creative dishes as well as the healing properties of ingredients used.

Private Cooking Class

3 hours ~ $150 / $200 for two people (plus food)

This is my favourite part! We get to hang out in the kitchen, prepare dishes, talk about food, learn technique and customize your meal preparation to suit your health needs and concerns.

Group / Corporate Talks

60 minutes ~ $200 (15-20 guests)

Book me for a talk! I am more than happy to come in and talk to groups about health and wellness – whether it’s how to prepare easy snacks and meals, how to alleviate stress or how to get better sleep.

Grocery Store Tour

75 minutes ~ $90

In this 75-minute session, we will tour the aisles of your favourite grocery store, examining labels, ingredients and you will have strong strategies to have a more productive and wellness-centered shopping experience
